PROJECT BACKGROUND

THE ISSUE

Howsare Realty faced significant challenges that they saw as opportunities for growth. Brand awareness was a primary concern, as they struggled to establish a strong presence that differentiated them from competitors. Additionally, the absence of a CRM system meant they missed opportunities for follow-ups and referral generation, impacting customer retention.

Their weak digital presence hindered their ability to engage with potential clients, particularly out-of-state movers, first-time buyers, and elderly individuals transitioning to assisted living. Despite being deeply rooted in the community, their efforts to connect with local residents and convey their role as community leaders were insufficient.

OUR SOLUTION

To address these issues, we implemented a comprehensive brand optimization strategy to ensure consistent and memorable representation across all platforms. We introduced a robust CRM system to improve customer retention and generate referrals. We developed a detailed content strategy, including a calendar for social media posts, blog updates, and community engagement activities.

We designed and developed a new, user-friendly website to enhance the overall user experience, improving site navigation by making key sections easily accessible. Community pages with relevant content were added for each specific area, and a new IDX platform was integrated for better real estate listings. The website was optimized for mobile, tablet, laptop, and desktop displays, and SEO strategies were implemented to increase online visibility and drive traffic.
