Elite Eye Care is a premier eye care provider dedicated to offering exceptional service and state-of-the-art technology to its patients. Despite providing an outstanding in-office experience, Elite Eye Care’s online presence did not reflect the high-quality service and care they offer.

The existing website lacked visual appeal and functionality, making it difficult for users to navigate and find essential resources. Elite Eye Care aimed to create an educational and user-friendly online resource to showcase their inventory, team, and services while offering the flexibility to transact online.

THE ISSUE

Elite Eye Care faced several challenges with their current website. It was visually unappealing and lacked the functionality to best serve their users. Additionally, there was a need to reduce the volume of phone calls by providing easily accessible online solutions for common queries and transactions. The competition from online retailers, Costco, and local clinics further emphasized the need for an improved digital presence.

To address these issues, we proposed creating a branded website that is both practical and visually engaging. The site architecture was rethought to create a clear hierarchy and eliminate medical jargon, resulting in easy-to-find “buckets” of information.

The website catered to existing customers while focusing on generating leads. A resource center and easily accessible quick links were created to alleviate unnecessary phone calls by providing answers to common queries online. The new site also anticipated and resonated with end-users who required a more accessible experience, ensuring inclusivity and ease of use.
